Must Have
- Analytical mindset
- 1–2 years managing social media
- Comfort design
- Experience with Scheduling posts in Business manager
- Autonomy
Nice to have
- Vibe coding / AI-assisted coding experience
- Familiarity with GitHub basics
- Video editing (Reels, TikTok-style short form)
