We’re looking for a Real Estate Data & Content Specialist to help power Adam, our real estate AI assistant.
You’ll be responsible for collecting, organizing, and maintaining all the project data and media that Adam uses , including unit details, brochures, floor plans, amenities, master plans, and location info.
Your work will ensure that Adam always delivers accurate and high-quality answers to users.
Responsibilities
- Collect and update real estate project data from official developer sources.
- Organize and tag media files (images, floor plans, master plans, etc.) for AI retrieval.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across projects.
- Coordinate with developers’ marketing or sales teams to obtain missing data.
- Test Adam’s responses to validate data correctness after updates.
Must Have
- 0-1 years of experience in data management, content operations, or real estate marketing.
- Excellent command of Excel / Google Sheets and familiarity with data formats (CSV, JSON).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with internal and external teams.

- Interest in workflow automation
- Experience with AI knowledge bases, Content Management Systems platforms.
